NOTE: Each session and time slot is for one (1) person only. It is not possible to float together as a couple at the same time/session. You may, however, pay for and book 2 sessions on back to back time slots (eg: 1:30pm, 4pm).

There is only 1 float pod in Saddle Row Rockwell and 1 float pod in Saddle Row BGC. Booked sessions/time slots are for 1 person only.

Late & Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise where you can’t make it on time and we will try our best to accommodate guests who arrive for their appointments, however, if we cannot extend your time with us due to other bookings, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate our other scheduled sessions. Generally speaking, arrivals later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time cannot be accommodated. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late guests.

In order to provide all our guests with the highest quality of service, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for an appointment change or cancellation. Appointment changes or cancellations must be done by calling Saddle Row and speaking directly with a staff member; we will be happy to help you reschedule. Saddle Row reserves the right to charge in full for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time or for no show.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or extra charges will apply.
